Spin N' Shred
Our standard Spin class for one hour… kicked up a notch! This is a H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) class combining cardio and strength training to provide a total body workout.
Get ready to burn some calories and change that metabolism! The team will be on and off the bike for various intervals, mixing Spinning with challengeing Dumbell work for the ultimate whole body, metabolic workout.
This class is ideal for those who have experience Spinning and wish to make it more challenging.
(If you are new to Spinning, this class may not be the best one to start with but certainly check it out after you have familiarized yourself with your bike for a few rides.)
Rip N' Ride
This 1-hour weekend class starts out with 30 minutes of SPIN, followed by 30 minutes of WEIGHT TRAINING. Enjoy the impact free challenge of the Spin Bike followed by a whole body core and strength workout in the studio.

Monday and Wednesday Evenings have 2 x 30 min classes, ideal for commuters who may be late for the first one and also for beginners who may not wish to commit to a full 60 minutes (Tip: do the first one, 'cos you will want to stay for the 2nd one!) .
