Small Group Training (S.G.T.)
If Personal Training isn't for you, consider getting involved with SGT. If one to one is prohibitively expensive, or maybe you would rather not be the only one under the coaches scrutiny, sharing your workouts is a fun and less expensive alternative. Many people find that working out in groups can be supportive, keep them accountable and has a safety in numbers comfort level to them that is less daunting than a one on one coaching session. Small Group Training is ideal for groups of similar fitness levels, for all ages from student athletes to senior fitness and health. It is also ideal for people working toward a similar goal,
The personal touch in a group setting
Group exercise classes can be a great place to start, and they do often have entry points for most fitness levels with options to make it tougher and easier. However if you are looking for a more tailored experience, that meets you at your starting point and works towards taking you to your specific goals then S.G.T. may be your best option for results versus investment.

Groups of up to three and four people can work really well in a gym setting. Your coach can design the program around the needs and wants of everyone involved, while being able to track and measure individual improvements.
