Our most popular Classes.

(A lot of our classes are suitable for senior fitness, with modifications and progressions for all levels of mobility and strength.)


Hydrate before, during and after class. Tip: Don't wait until you are thirsty. Thirst is a symptom of dehydration. If you are thirsty you are already dehydrated and as a result every cell in your body is working at a reduced capacity.... so basically you will not get the quality of workout or results, nor will you feel comfortable.  So sip water often and begin before you need to. Avoid gulping large volumes of water mid workout.

If this is your first time attending a class you should arrange to chat with your instructor in advance. This will ensure the best experience for you, the instructor and your class members.  Your instructor will be better able to provide personal tips based on your conversation. You should not expect a 1 to 1 consultation with an instructor as they are prepping to start the class.

Anything Goes:

Easy to follow cardio for first 35 mins and then toning rounds targeting upper body, core, lower body to finish.

Bootcamp :

Take it to the next level. Every Saturday morning at 6:30am join some like minded people and give it everything you have for 90 minutes. Click on link for more details.

Cardio/Core :


Class format varies, from Superset to Circuit Training, or however the trainer decides to attack those calories on that day. What will be consistent each week is the blend of tough cardiovascular exercises that are multi-functional with a focus on elevating the heart rate, for high calorie burn potential, with a mix of core stations. This class will guarantee a full body sweat!  

Modifications for all fitness levels! 





Cardio Sculpt: 

A fun class to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with this low-impact aerobic choreographed class. Weights and bands mixed in will give you a full-body sweat!

This class is great for beginners and intermediate fitness levels. 

Circuit Training:

12 stations are set up around the room. Each exercise lasts 45 seconds with 15 seconds to rotate. Circuit is repeated 3 times with specialty group exercises and active rest in between each cycle. Exercises are multi-functional with combinations of strength training and cardio stations using a variety of weights and “toys.” This class will guarantee a full body sweat!

Fit Ball: 

With the use of the Swiss Ball, along with weight lifting equipment, this class will challenge your core, muscular strength, balance, and flexibility. With a little cardio exercise mix, you will get a fit and have a ball!

A one-stop shop class done in 45 minutes. Created for most fitness levels, FitCross will take you to the next level!  5 to 10 multi-functional exercises will quickly leave you with a total cardio and strength workout! This class format varies from week to week. If starting back after long sedentary periods this may not be the class to begin with but do check it out soon.

Kettlebell AMPD:

A seriously fun class that takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 50 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. 


Modifications for MOST fitness levels.  

Knowledge of traditional strength-training moves is required (i.e. bicep curls, tricep extensions, etc.).  This is not the class to learn the basics, but to build on them.

New to the class?  Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to review format and safety instructions, or better yet,  arrange a chat with the instructor before class day to get the best info and tips before you are in a group setting.



Punch, kick and sweat your way to a fit body and mind. This stress-relieving workout combines basic punches, kicks and blocking techniques with great heart pumping music. 

A high-energy class, modified for MOST fitness levels. 

Mash Up:

This class is a combo of the two hottest trends in fitness: Zumba® and Pound®!  No matter what is mashed in there, you are sure to work up a sweat while having FUN!

PiYo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout! 

Who says you have to jump, grunt, strain, and punish your body to get amazing results from your workout? Not with PiYo…PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

This class is like no other! A drumming class with light weight drum sticks combines cardio, pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics, andinsane core!  Pound’s infectious rhythms are great for toning up, burning fat and busting stress!

Rip n Ride: 

This 1-hour weekend class starts out with 30 minutes of SPIN, followed by 30 minutes of WEIGHT TRAINING. Enjoy the impact free challenge of the Spin Bike followed by a whole body core and strength workout in the studio.

Silver Sneakers® Classic:

Medicare affiliated senior fitness classes designed specifically for seniors maintaining a healthy lifestyle or for individuals just starting an exercise program. This class is designed to increase strength, range of motion, agility, balance, and coordination and to improve participants’ functional capacities, physical fitness level, and sense of well-being.






Stronger bones and a greater fall prevention ability are just two real life functional results of attending this class on a regular basis. Bottom line, exercising in this fun social group setting can lead to longer independent living plus higher quality of living.


All fitness levels will find a challenge here.

This is a chair based class which allows lots of recovery periods for anyone who needs it.




Shred it: 

A total body strength workout using free weights with cardio intervals (10 minute strength to 2 minute cardio).  Focusing on opposing muscle groups and combined muscle action in a controlled, yet quick pace to achieve peak optimization and high calorie burn.

A stationary cycling class that simulates different types of terrain by using resistance and a variety of hand positions.  Combined with music to keep you energized, you get great cardiovascular training without the impact of traditional cardio classes. 

Spinning is for any age and every fitness level

If you’ve never attended a Spin class, please arrive a few minutes early to get set up on the bike.

Spin n' Shred:

Our standard Spin class…  for one hour…  kicked up a notch!  This is a H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) class combining cardio and strength training to provide a total body workout. Get ready to burn some calories and change that metabolism! Clients will be on and off the bike (10 minutes on, 5 minutes off using dumbbells). 

Prerequisite: prior spin class and use/knowledge of dumbbell weights is recommended.

Stretch Flow: 

A perfect class to follow your morning workout or to just get the blood flowing!  This class will be full of yoga, pilates, stretching, AND core.  Your body will thank you for taking this class!

Super Set Circuits: 

This class is a serious circuit class full of plyometrics, body weight training, partnered exercises, and a whole lot of creativity. A full body sweat is guaranteed!

This is a High Intensity Interval Training class which uses body weight training as well as equipment to improve strength, stamina, endurance and recovery rates. This effective form of H.I.I.T involves you working at 100% intensity for 20 seconds, taking 10 sec recovery time and repeating for 8 rounds of the same activity.

Modifications for MOST fitness levels but keep in mind that you will leave your comfort zone during this class.


Zumba Circuits:

A fun Mashup of a workout. Get your heart rate up while dancing to a variety of popular songs. Then we switch it up and do a round of muscle building circuits. We alternate the cardio and strength to make a fun and complete body workout. This class is so much fun you'll barely realize you are working out. 

This class is for all fitness levels. No coordination skills needed.

Tribe's Jen is continuing to offer the best of Zumba. Jump in for some new songs and some classics and set your self up to be invigorated for the weekend.

Yoga is an ancient practice that can rejuvenate and strengthen the mind and body. Learn breathing techniques and postures that can help reduce stress and improve physical stamina. Members will be challenged at their level of practice. 

Classes are open to ALL levels of experience. 

Yoga Zen: 

A wonderful stretch and relaxation class that will improve healthy blood flow, flexibility, and muscle repair. No need to feel intimidated by yoga in this class. 

ALL fitness levels welcome.     


Improve both core and functional fitness in a fun environment. This class will mix you up for different partner and team exercises as well as put you through your own personal challenges. Often these challenges will be repeated 4- 6 weeks later and you will see just how much you have improved, making all your hard work so much more rewarding.
