What is Chair Yoga?

Chair yoga is a great way of offering the many benefits of yoga, to a whole population who may need more support or who may have difficulty with getting down on and up off the floor,  or who may not have the mobility or stamina to support their body's in traditional poses.

Chair yoga also can add quality results to those who find themselves tied to a desk for many hours at a time.

Using a chair to modify yoga positions, some sitting, some standing while using the chair for support,  allows people who may not otherwise be ready for regular yoga, to enjoy a lot of the physical and mental benefits.
