Use what you have available.
Even if today’s win is a 15 minute timeout for yourself for some breathing exercises, and then to plan and set yourself up for tomorrows win. Figure out what possible barriers may prevent you from investing some time and energy on yourself tomorrow. Once identified, they are easier to offset. Maybe simply getting up 20 minutes earlier can be the difference between a great day or another one that gets away from you.
Dont underestimate a good nights sleep as a great tool for a better tomorrow.
