Most of us have been told we shouldnt drink our sugar intake, but how many of you have been told you should eat more water? 

No.... not ice cubes!   

We need water and we need it often. A lot of people are dehydrated for most of the day.  Would you recognize it if you were dehydrated?  

Even knowing how important it is to remain hydrated, some people would rather it, than drink plain water at regular intervals during the day. If this describes you, or someone you care for, try slipping more of these foods into your/their day;

  • Melons
  • Peaches
  • Lime
  • Strawberries
  • Eggplant
  • Soup
  • and yes, Coffee too.
