Rest as you feel you need to, but do not pause timer until you complete the last rep of the 4th set.

1 Speed Jacks

2 Push Ups

3 Squat Jumps

4 Squat Thrusts

5 Alternating Lunges

6  Burpees chest & hips to floor

7 Plank Jacks
