Adding a Level 6. Aim to beat last weeks level but only do so with perfect form. Once the lower back begins to share the workload as a result of your corset opening, it's time to stop. 

Level 6:

20 sec Plank Jacks : 10 sec Break

As many rounds as possible.  

If you need to take longer than 10 sec rest, more than twice then this challenge is over.  You can certainly take more rest and continue as long as form remains perfect but please not that in your results so you know what you will be looking to beat the next time you challenge yourself with Plank Jacks.
